Are slime products permanent?

Slime's lifetime is NOT permanent.

  • Slime normally deflates over time.
  • In the case preservation for a long time is needed, you can dry it up until it gets hard. Then melt it with hot water when playing.
  • We highly recommend playing in a short time after received products.

Is borax powder used in slime?

Borax powder is used in all slimes in our mall.

  • The amount of borax powder in a product is different on respective slime.
  • We highly recommend washing your hands properly before and after playing slime.

How is the packaging configured when purchasing a product?

Every package of a slime order is included with activator, deactivator, borax powder, and a slime care card.

  • Slime normally deflates over time.
  • In the case preservation for a long time is needed, you can dry it up until it gets hard. Then melt it with hot water when playing.
  • We highly recommend playing in a short time after received products.

How should I dispose of slime?

There are two ways to dispose of slime.

  1. Dry it up on such a plastic bag or paper bag. Cut it into pieces. Then throw it away with general garbage.
  2. Soak it in vinegar water until it gets completely dissolved. Then let it flow into a drain. (You can recover beads this way)

Before disposing of slime, please check and follow the waste disposal regulations of your country.

The lifetime of the slime seems different than before.

The lifetime of slime is directly related to temperature.

  • Slime's lifetime depends on a storing method because glue is vulnerable to high temperatures.
  • In the summer season, since slime more easily gets melted, it'd better be stored in the fridge or cool place.
  • In the winter season, Slime may get tight. Keep it in a warm place in that case.

Are there any precautions when playing with slime?

How to Play with Slime to Better Feel Its Texture

  • If you have warm or dry hands, Control the texture of slime with activator and apply hand cream or Vaseline on your hands before playing.
  • After playing, keep slime in the case open for 5-10mins to cool it down so that slime doesn't meltdown in the case.
  • If you feel itchy or a rash pops up on your skin while playing, instantly stop playing.

We handle our shipping through a partnership with DHL, a globally recognized and trusted company we have worked with for many years. All products are shipped via DHL Express.

When will my ordered products arrive?

Most orders need 3-7 days to arrive at you, but in case overorders are being processed or depending on the circumstances of local shippers, it might take, at longest, 8-12 business days.

I input the wrong name/address. What do I do?

It's basically impossible to have your name or address details modified after your orders are shipped out.

But, there might still be a chance that your orders are not processed yet, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible in case changes are in need.

Are additional costs like customs duties, taxes, VAT, etc. included?

No. All additional costs, such as duties, taxes, or VAT, imposed by each country are the responsibilities of purchasers. These additional costs are NOT included in the shipping cost, so please make sure to figure out these additional costs at the local post office before you place orders.

Refund & Cancellation

What are the reasons for non-refundable items?

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Change of mind : Since all slimes in our mall are hand-made products. we can not help you with a claim for a refund issued by change of one's mind. Claims for a refund caused by other reasons are followed by the policy below
  • Items with damaged value : Slime is a product that loses its value at the moment of opening the case. For this reason, a refund claim for individual slime after it's opened is not acceptable.

I want to cancel my order.

Most orders usually get ready to be shipped out right after orders are placed. For this reason, cancellations are not acceptable in most cases. So we ask you to choose your order carefully. However, cancellation might be processed if the orders are not shipped out yet and we could help with it, so we recommend you to contact us as soon as possible in case of cancellation needed.
