Shipping and Refund Policy

Customs & Duties

  • For shipments to the United States, tariffs and customs clearance fees are already included in product prices. Customers will not need to handle the customs clearance process themselves.
  • For all other countries, any additional costs (such as duties, taxes, or VAT) imposed by local customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. These costs are not included in product or shipping prices, so please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Shipping

SeoulGAGE offers two shipping options: Standard International Shipping and DHL Express Shipping.

  • Standard International Shipping is currently available to the following countries: USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand.
    We are working to expand this option to more regions.
  • DHL Express Shipping is not available for US-bound shipments, in order to avoid charging customers for customs clearance.
  • Orders placed under the same name with Standard Shipping may be automatically merged depending on the shipping-out day.
  • Orders containing non-slime products (such as iGlue, etc.) are subject to different shipping fee policies.
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Standard International Shipping

USA, Vietnam, Thailand: 8–12 business days

Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan: 4–7 business days


DHL Express International Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the circumstances of local shipping agencies.

  • I entered the wrong name/address. What should I do?

Once your order has been shipped, it is not possible to modify the recipient’s name or address.
However, if your order has not yet been processed, there may still be a chance to update the information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need any changes.

  • My order is missing.

We will first review our shipping records and the process for your order. After the review, we will determine whether a refund or other assistance can be provided.

Refund

Since all slimes sold in our shop are hand-made products, we cannot accept refund requests due to a change of mind. Refund claims for other reasons will follow the policy below:

  • Slime products lose their value once opened.
    For this reason, refund requests for individual slime items that have already been opened will not be accepted.

 

  • Required Information for Refund Requests

Please contact our Customer Service Center via email and provide the following:

For damaged products:

  • A picture of the invoice attached to the box
  • Photos of the external condition of the box
  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Your order number and tracking number

For wrong products delivered:

  • Photos of the items you received in error
  • Your order number and tracking number

Cancellation

  • Most orders are prepared for shipment immediately after they are placed.
    For this reason, cancellations are generally not accepted, and we kindly ask you to place your orders carefully.
  • However, if your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation may still be possible. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
